Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer

Location: Munich Office; weekly commuting to the Munich office is required under a hybrid working arrangement.

What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support in partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Support clients throughout the end-to-end sales process and deliver Proof of Value engagements.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports and cybersecurity advice to technical audiences and C-level executives.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.

Requirements

• Technical background with experience in sales engineering across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of network and security devices and systems, including Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, IDS, IPS, and SIEM.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical information compellingly.
• Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced team environment and deliver to deadlines.
• Ability to build long-lasting business relationships.
