Senior Projects & Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of capital projects aligned with business objectives, quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Coordinate plant Project and Engineering Managers and maintain the three-year capital project master plan.
• Review project schedules, budgets, scope, constructability, CARs, Pre-CARs, TPRs, and FEL preparations while supporting timely and high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate scope changes affecting budget or timelines and lead supplementary CAR preparation and approval.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Development, Procurement, Logistics, PMO, factory leadership, and project sponsors.
• Drive improvements to equipment, production lines, operating systems, project management processes, engineering standards, and project close-out handovers.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in engineering and project management, including experience managing capital projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
