Design Coordinator (Packaging)

What you will do

• Coordinate private label packaging updates and product launches across category managers, designers, and suppliers.
• Plan design capacity around upcoming launches and adjust priorities as urgency changes.
• Check packaging designs for correct updates and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Review final artwork for visual quality and brand alignment.
• Challenge stakeholders when deadlines are missed or documentation is incomplete.
• Communicate timelines, planning, and deadlines clearly to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in project management or coordination.
• Ability to connect teams and processes and stay structured in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and strict deadlines.
• Confidence to challenge people who do not follow agreements and a proactive, get-it-done mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch.
