Supplychain Project Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects within the customer supply chain environment.
• Represent the Customer Supply Chain Department in cross-sector projects and lead in-sector initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project teams of approximately 5–10 FTE, including subject matter experts and key users.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, communicate project status, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or a logistics environment.
• Experience in a high-tech production or service environment.
• Proactive, self-starting, process-oriented, and analytical approach.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and engage in collaboration.
• Strong risk assessment, mitigation, leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
