About the Role

You will design clear customer experiences across the dashboard, from exploration through delivery. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, use research and feedback to improve workflows, create polished UI and prototypes, and use insights to iterate on outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing and shipping digital products
• Experience with B2B applications or complex workflows
• UI, user-flow, and interactive-prototyping skills
• Verbal and visual communication skills
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering
• Iterative design process

Responsibilities

• Design clear and intuitive customer experiences
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers through implementation
• Use research and feedback to improve customer experiences
• Produce polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform iteration
• Contribute to shared patterns, critiques, and design reviews
