Sr. Engineer (Faucets)

Location: Onsite in hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States, four days per week. International and domestic travel may be required.

What you will do

• Define faucet product requirements with Industrial Design and Product Marketing using consumer insights, market data, sales feedback, competitive analysis, and warranty data.
• Assess technical feasibility and develop concepts using 3D CAD, FEA, CFD, prototyping, testing, and consumer research.
• Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, detailed drawings, GD&T, and engineering standards.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing principles and collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to optimize performance, cost, quality, and timelines.
• Lead and support product verification testing for regulatory and quality compliance.
• Provide hands-on engineering support during pre-production, manufacturing ramp-up, and launch builds.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• At least 4 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong working knowledge of CAD modeling.
• Mechanical aptitude and a structured engineering design approach.
• Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes including casting, forging, stamping, injection molding, machining, welding, tube bending, hydroforming, plating, and fabrication.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Program Management, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, global engineering teams, and suppliers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
