Summer Internship Program - Marketing (Digital Marketing)

Location: Hybrid position in the Arlington, VA headquarters, United States

What you will do

• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns targeting government agencies and federal health and public safety organizations.
• Conduct market research and develop recommendations for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Help manage HubSpot CRM, lead-generation systems, agency contact databases, and marketing lists.
• Create content for social media, websites, marketing materials, capability statements, and presentations.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
• Coordinate government industry events and agency outreach while collaborating with the Growth team, business units, and MarCom leadership.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Strong writing skills, creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and interest in a creative career in digital marketing and/or communications.
• Interest in government work supporting federal health and public safety agencies.
• Ability to follow instructions, work quickly and efficiently, and contribute as a team player.

Nice to have

• Coursework or prior experience in marketing.
• Understanding of federal government structure and operations.
