What you will do

• Capture and structure data across initial client engagements using common standards and maintain lineage to source documents.
• Work with the Product Manager to define and pressure-test platform operational requirements, identify gaps, and determine what to build next.
• Apply valuation workflow knowledge to design the data-capture process.
• Read and interpret credit agreements and financial statements, translating them into structured, reusable data.
• Help establish the standards, controls, and operating playbook for the Center of Excellence as it scales.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in private credit, valuation, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of valuation workflows, including how valuations are built, reviewed, and delivered.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret credit agreements and financial statements.
• Detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to define processes and standards rather than only execute them.
• Interest in shaping a platform and a new operating model, including improving how the work is performed.
