Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own strategy and multi-quarter to multi-year roadmaps for a major product area or cross-product initiative.
• Translate company vision, market trends, customer research, competitive insights, and data into product opportunities and direction.
• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration, defining requirements and prioritization frameworks.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on direction, tradeoffs, timelines, positioning, packaging, and launches.
• Engage customers, partners, and stakeholders; define outcome-based metrics including adoption, retention, ARR growth, and workflow efficiency.
• Shape scalable platform capabilities, AI/ML integration, data models, security, compliance, and performance, while mentoring product managers and improving practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven success owning and delivering complex, high-impact products or platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Deep experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.
• Strong analytical skills using data for prioritization and success measurement.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or adjacent enterprise workflow domains.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS metrics, pricing and packaging, and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience across multiple product lines or platform ecosystems.
