Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, priorities, scope, feature priorities, and release plans based on user needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
• Work with engineering leadership on system architecture, technical feasibility, and trade-offs affecting product performance and reliability.
• Guide product and design decisions to deliver a consistent and intuitive user experience across the application.
• Lead launch planning, release readiness, and post-launch improvements based on product performance.
• Set product success metrics and use adoption, engagement, retention, and user feedback to guide investment and priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading major technology products or product lines.
• Deep technical fluency across system architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data infrastructure, and production reliability.
• Ability to evaluate system-level designs and understand how architectural decisions affect product capabilities, scalability, cost, and time-to-market.
• Experience setting product strategy and technical priorities across multiple interconnected product areas or teams.
• Ability to identify technical investments that unlock product capabilities, reduce operational complexity, or create competitive advantage.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products with measurable business and user impact.
• Strong judgment in resolving competing priorities across users, business objectives, engineering capacity, and long-term technical direction.
• Ability to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders around product direction, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Previous software engineering experience.
• Experience leading zero-to-one products, platform strategy, technically complex consumer products, or cross-team product initiatives.
