Senior Product Manager, Chat, Video, and Collaboration Integrations (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for chat, video, collaboration, ticketing, and work-management integrations.
• Build platform frameworks, APIs, and guidelines that enable Datadog product teams to deliver integration experiences.
• Standardize bi-directional issue and ticket synchronization across systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Integrate AI capabilities using real-time context from chats, meetings, and tickets to automate actions.
• Deliver enterprise management capabilities including identity mapping, governance, and security controls.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, customers, and technology partners while tracking adoption, engagement, and revenue-influence metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping technical B2B SaaS products, including ownership of a product area with multiple engineering teams.
• Deep experience with integrations, platforms, or developer-facing APIs, ideally involving Slack, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems.
• Experience driving roadmaps across organizational boundaries and aligning stakeholders with competing needs.
• Experience working with strategic technology partners or a clear approach to building partner relationships.
• Strong technical depth across webhooks, synchronization models, authentication, rate limits, and AI/LLM trade-offs; coding is not required.
• Understanding of enterprise IT operations and the ability to design for organizational complexity while maintaining simplicity.
• Experience or genuine interest in developer platforms, observability, incident response, ITSM, or AI-assisted and agentic product experiences.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives, customers, and partner leadership.
• Bias for action and comfort shaping a roadmap in an ambiguous, high-impact area.
