Project Manager (Software Escrow)

What you will do

• Manage several projects across research, organization, and execution from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, set deadlines, monitor progress, and drive initiatives toward their goals.
• Coordinate communication between teams and department heads.
• Identify obstacles, solve problems, and take decisive action to keep projects moving.
• Deliver projects to a high standard while ensuring strong results and quality.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, or customer service with an emphasis on problem-solving.
• Proficiency with contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Pragmatic approach to decision-making.
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to tackle challenges directly.
