IT Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based at the office in Zurich, Switzerland. Applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland through a Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.

What you will do

• Manage the IT project portfolio and lead initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders across departments.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Perform IT controls, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Report project status to leadership and key stakeholders through regular meetings and steering committees.

Requirements

• Proven IT project management experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Development and/or IT operations background.
• Project management certification.
• German language skills.
