Finance Transformation Intern

Location: Geneva, Switzerland. EU passport or work permit for Switzerland required.

What you will do

• Support the Finance Transformation Program Management team during S/4 HANA implementation across O2C, P2P, R2RC, and C2R Treasury processes.
• Monitor testing, extract project status from JIRA, and support solution build, training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, procedures, communication materials, newsletters, presentations, and shared documentation.
• Support governance meetings, decision and risk tracking, issue-log follow-up, meeting organization, and coordination with finance business teams.
• Maintain the Finance Portal SharePoint, control tower, project pipeline, initiatives, workloads, deliverables, and weekly meeting materials.
• Support budget controlling by creating purchase orders in Navision, tracking department costs, and preparing requested financial analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's student in management, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactivity, problem-solving, communication, time-management and organizational skills, motivation, and curiosity.
• EU passport or work permit for Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management and/or previous project management experience.
• Previous experience with ERP software such as Navision or SAP.
