Language Enabled Analyst (LEA), Spanish

Location: Full-time, on-site at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, United States

What you will do

• Review, translate, and analyze Spanish-language documents and media.
• Produce accurate, concise English summaries, assessments, and written reports.
• Identify key information and trends to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Validate the accuracy of automated translations.
• Collaborate with analysts, linguists, and technical staff.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders while protecting sensitive information.

Requirements

• Strong Spanish and English proficiency, including advanced reading, writing, and translation skills.
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex information clearly and concisely for diverse audiences.
• Experience working with sensitive or mission-critical information in a structured, secure environment.
• Research, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills for data-driven analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland.
• Ability to maintain required security clearances, if applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, International Relations, Area Studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
