TL;DR
Senior Consultant within Business Transformation (ERP): Designing and delivering large-scale business and technology transformations with an accent on ERP strategy, business process optimisation, operating models, and transformation roadmaps. Focus on bridging business requirements with technology delivery, leading stakeholder engagements, and supporting governance, implementation, and measurable business benefits.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Applicants must have the full right to live and work in Sweden; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Map, design, optimise, and standardise business processes supporting technology-enabled change.
  • Develop target operating models, business architecture blueprints, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Support ERP strategy, requirements definition, vendor selection, implementations, testing, deployment, and System Integrator oversight.
  • Contribute to PMO activities, governance, program delivery, thought leadership, proposition development, and business development.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or technology-enabled change programs.
  • Experience working on ERP initiatives or transformation programs.
  • Experience with business process design, optimisation, standardisation, or implementation.
  • Experience bridging business requirements and technology delivery teams.
  • Interest in organisational change, operating model design, and transformation delivery.
  • Ability, depending on experience, to own project workstreams, lead stakeholder engagements, and contribute to transformation strategies.
  • Full right to live and work in Sweden is required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar solutions.
  • For more experienced candidates: experience in ERP strategy, vendor selection, data migration, reporting strategy, change management, or program leadership.
