Director - IT Planning & Performance Management

Location: Onsite at a hirify.global office; locations include Alpharetta, Georgia; Birmingham, Alabama; Chicago or Downers Grove, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; Jacksonville, Florida; and St. Louis, Missouri.

Salary: $129,500–$215,700 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Integrate IT plans and roadmaps across Apex/CTO, CISO, Enterprise Technology Services, and Data into a consolidated enterprise view.
• Identify strategic priorities, cross-functional dependencies, investment trade-offs, and competing priorities.
• Establish demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and planning standards.
• Consolidate capacity, demand, budget, forecast, and investment information to support enterprise allocation decisions.
• Direct IT planning dashboards and executive reviews covering commitments, delivery health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Provide functional direction, coaching, and performance input to embedded planning managers across Agile, SAFe, and other delivery models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT strategy, technology planning, program management, governance, or related technology leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including matrix leadership or oversight of cross-functional technology teams.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise demand management, prioritization, integrated roadmaps, capacity planning, and investment governance.
• Strong experience with IT budgets, forecasting, executive performance reporting, and Agile, SAFe, or other delivery practices.
• IT portfolio management experience.
• Strategic analysis, executive communication, influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work at a hirify.global office.
