(Junior) Product Operations & Assortment Manager

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany

What you will do

• Monitor products continuously to ensure maximum assortment breadth and depth.
• Manage the assortment in the hirify.global online store.
• Maintain and monitor product data in coordination with external partners and internal departments.
• Act as an internal and external contact for product-data topics and conduct regular partner calls.
• Review partner inquiries, resolve data discrepancies, and handle escalation cases.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or commercial vocational training with continuing business education.
• Initial professional experience or relevant internships in an e-commerce marketplace or online retail environment.
• Confident and friendly communication style with a passion for working with people.
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing new solutions.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English skills.
• Basic knowledge of Jira and SQL.
