Legal & Regulatory Reporting Specialist

What you will do

• Oversee part of the outsourced legal and regulatory reporting process for an international asset manager’s investment funds.
• Provide outsourcing partners with reporting requirements and specialist input based on applicable laws and regulations.
• Quality-assure reports, manage deadlines, file reports with regulators, and run internal approval processes for semi-annual reports.
• Prepare specific regulatory client reports and coordinate external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or investment management.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, quality-driven approach.
• Technology-driven mindset with an interest in process optimisation, automation, and data solutions, plus proven ability to work with AI-powered tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including proactive communication with outsourcing partners.
• Proactive, result-oriented, flexible, critical, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal and regulatory reporting for asset management or pension funds.
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, MiFID, FTK, Solvency II, and SFDR.
