Junior Architect Port Development Intern (Architecture)

What you will do

• Translate business and design requirements into zoning studies, spatial diagrams, architectural layouts, and preliminary designs.
• Prepare conceptual design packages, presentation materials, visual narratives, diagrams, and material boards for reviews and coordination meetings.
• Develop 3D models and real-time visualizations for project reviews and executive presentations.
• Produce and revise plans, sections, elevations, façade studies, circulation diagrams, and other architectural drawings.
• Coordinate port and civil infrastructure drawings, site layouts, road networks, and hardscape elements.
• Maintain accurate, consistent, and timely design documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience producing architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical drawings, architectural layouts, and rendered visualizations.
• Familiarity with design development from concept through preliminary planning.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency with strong drafting accuracy and speed.
• Strong 3D modeling skills using SketchUp or Revit.
• Experience with real-time rendering tools such as Enscape, Twinmotion, or equivalent platforms.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and presentation enhancement.
• Ability to independently produce clear, professional visualizations, manage multiple priorities, and work under tight deadlines.
• Valid Internship Agreement.

Nice to have

• Exposure to port, infrastructure, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale development projects.
• Interest or basic knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Stable Diffusion, Magnific AI, or similar platforms.
