Analista Financeiro Sênior - Operações de Manufatura Externa

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis, reporting, interpretation of manufacturing performance, quarterly and monthly forecasting, business planning, and communication of results to Hub and corporate leadership.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities in accordance with US GAAP, hirify.global policies, and SOX requirements.
• Provide financial control and oversight for inventory and fixed assets, including product costing and inventory valuation.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders and cross-functional finance teams on demand, production capabilities, headcount, expenses, investments, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Coach non-financial colleagues, support Lean Manufacturing processes, and represent Finance in operational meetings and business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a financial role providing business support or controllership to business partners.
• Ability to analyze financial information, calculate production costs, and apply accounting and tax processes.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, financial controls, and SOX requirements.
• Strong analytical, financial process, and problem-solving skills, together with communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills for working with varied audiences and senior leaders.
• Advanced and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Technical and analytical capability using Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Exposure to forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and product costing methodologies.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Research and Development, Procurement, Finance, and Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to connect financial results with operational performance drivers, develop alternatives, and support positive change across different cultures and management styles.
