Sr. Designer, 3D

Location: Remote - GMR

Annual salary: $68,000-$80,000, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead 3D design for major experiential projects, translating briefs into spatial narratives, systems, architectural concepts, and material palettes.
• Create photorealistic renderings incorporating lighting, materials, human scale, atmosphere, and brand narrative.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Design Directors, 2D Designers, Motion Designers, and production specialists to shape creative direction and cohesive brand experiences.
• Develop concepts through technical documentation, fabrication, installation, and built reality.
• Lead complex client presentations and communicate spatial concepts and creative decisions clearly.
• Manage projects from concept through fabrication while balancing creative ambition, timelines, technical realities, and production constraints.

Requirements

• Extensive professional 3D design experience in an agency, experiential, architectural, or related environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino, with experience using rendering plugins and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Deep understanding of materials, fabrication methods, environmental design, and real-world performance.
• Strong spatial instincts, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth, diverse project experience, exceptional craft, and work that has actually been built.
• Portfolio or work samples are required for consideration.
