Senior Software Developer (FE React)

Location: Remote from Portugal

Annual compensation: 230,000–250,000 PLN

hirify.global provides software and data-driven solutions for fitness businesses, supporting clubs, coaches, members, and payments through products including ABC Glofox, ABC Ignite, ABC Trainerize, and ABC Evo.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, document, and release React front-end software for XLerate web experiences.
• Own complex UI features end-to-end, collaborating with design, product, customer teams, developers, QA engineers, and testers.
• Make front-end technical decisions, break large initiatives into deliverable slices, and identify risks early.
• Maintain code quality, organization, automation, performance, and accessibility while integrating front ends with CRM workflows and REST APIs.
• Mentor Mid-level engineers through code reviews and pairing, and contribute to collective quality improvements.
• Use data-driven Agile and Lean practices supported by DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with a general-purpose programming language such as JavaScript or TypeScript, including solid TypeScript experience in production codebases.
• 4+ years of front-end experience using React to build web applications.
• Strong understanding of React design principles, component-driven UI, and state management in larger applications.
• Proven experience owning complex features from technical design through release and production support.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests alongside modern quality and testing principles.
• Experience integrating front ends with REST APIs and debugging issues across the stack.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising standards through code review.
• Understanding of Agile development methods in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery environments; strong written and verbal communication; knowledge of code versioning tools; and comfort learning new technologies and systems.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with a design system or shared component library.
• React Native, Angular, AWS, and continuous deployment tooling experience.
• Experience building complex CRM or B2B SaaS workflows.
