Frontend Developer (React)

Location: Katowice, Poland; hybrid work model with on-site presence twice per week.

Salary: PLN 13,880–17,340 gross per month in Poland.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and improve reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive frontend best practices, coding standards, testing, and code quality.
• Contribute to AI-native development workflows, tooling, and documentation.
• Support technical decisions and mentor colleagues as a frontend expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, and production-scale applications.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Experience building clean, tested, and maintainable code.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and translating designs into applications.
• Experience using AI tools for development and productivity improvements.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and define standards.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Vue.js.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Spartacus solutions.
