hirify.global provides BIM, Virtual Design and Construction, and 3D laser scanning services for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner industry across planning, design, construction, and facilities management.

What you will do

• Lead and attend virtual 3D coordination meetings on behalf of clients, facilitating communication among architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate schematic and detailed BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty systems.
• Process 2D and 3D information and produce spatial coordination models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related platforms.
• Produce annotated and dimensioned technical drawings, architectural diagrams, schematics, and coordination documents.
• Maintain project schedules, issue logs, meeting minutes, notes, and performance metrics.
• Improve BIM QA/QC procedures and ensure accurate, error-free deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a BIM or Virtual Design and Construction role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and construction schedules.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, plus at least one of Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in non-residential construction, construction management, estimating, or architectural construction administration.
