Head of Production Battery (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage Battery department employees professionally and disciplinarily, including personnel decisions with Human Resources.
• Define, prioritize, support and evaluate objectives for the department and subordinate employees.
• Translate the quality management system into production and ensure compliance with safety, health, labor protection, fire protection and environmental regulations.
• Oversee manufacturing, security, maintenance and other production functions, taking corrective action when deviations occur.
• Ensure efficient production of department parts, components and work groups according to customer requirements for quantities, deadlines, quality and costs.
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement improved processes, structures, procedures and methods.

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field.
• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a leadership role.
• Leadership experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Communication, leadership, cross-functional teamwork, process-oriented thinking, analytical and proactive skills.
