Azure Support Engineer

Location: Remote; mandatory to be based in Portugal. Information at a glance hirify.global lists Perafita, Portugal and Riga, Latvia. No travel required.

What you will do

• Provide second-line support for Azure issues, including advanced troubleshooting and configuration.
• Support partners and resellers in the Azure CSP channel with technical questions and deployment challenges.
• Support migrations from on-premises environments to Azure.
• Implement and configure Azure services and collaborate with Senior Consultants on solution design and implementation.
• Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
• Train and guide partners on Azure services and the Cloud Marketplace while keeping current with Azure updates, security practices, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Mid-career profile with a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure deployments and migrations.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, CLI, Terraform, and ARM templates.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, networking, and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Fluency in the local language is required.
• Mandatory certifications: AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator and AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.

Nice to have

• AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate.
