Associate Product Manager, Data Sourcing (Healthcare Data)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with 2 days per week in the Gracia office.

What you will do

• Support Record Retrieval customers, track product issues and delivery needs, and help prioritize fixes and improvements within the approved investment plan.
• Monitor Record Retrieval product health, delivery effort, commercial results, scope, resourcing, and partner referrals.
• Deliver defined Data Discovery features across Insights reporting, Explore Assistant, and hirify.global Connect.
• Conduct customer discovery, synthesize feedback and usage data, identify gaps, and contribute to roadmap discussions.
• Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain backlogs, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery communications.
• Support validation, rollout, documentation, adoption, and post-launch feedback review while using AI tools for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product management or an adjacent role such as business analysis, product operations, implementation, or software delivery; relevant internships and project experience are welcome.
• Ability to break well-defined problems into practical steps, write clearly, and follow through with attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong organization and communication skills, including clear written and spoken English and the ability to work across teams and time zones.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to use feedback and evidence to improve features or workflows.
• Collaborative approach to working with Engineering, Design, Delivery, and commercial teams, including openness to feedback and judgment about when to ask for support.
• Interest in learning hirify.global’s business model, the healthcare data ecosystem, and relevant privacy and regulatory considerations.

Nice to have

• Exposure to healthcare or life sciences data, record retrieval, or enterprise software.
• Experience with customer research, reporting, product analytics, or workflows combining software and operational delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, requirements writing, or feature validation against acceptance criteria.
• Practical use of AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, or product work.
