Account Executive (Experiential Marketing)

What you will do

• Support account management teams and client portfolios throughout the event sales process, from project inception through event delivery.
• Set up projects in Procim, CRM and Monday.com; maintain CRM data and project boards.
• Manage meeting notes, action items, deliverables, approvals and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, escalate risks and issues, and support weekly, monthly and quarterly status reporting.
• Support client communications, presentations, RFP responses and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, budget tracking, financial reporting, revenue forecasting and change requests.

Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented and well organised.
• Keen eye for numbers and ability to support project budgets, invoicing and financial reporting.
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, CRM and finance platforms.
• Ability to maintain accurate project, client and financial records.
• Ability to monitor deadlines, identify risks and escalate issues.
