Account Executive (Healthcare Communications)

Location: Hybrid, London, United Kingdom; 2 days per month in the London office

ONEHealth Communications is a healthcare communications agency within hirify.global Inc., delivering media buying, creative and content, and email marketing services for healthcare clients.

What you will do

• Support Account Managers and Account Directors in delivering marketing campaigns across multiple healthcare client accounts.
• Support day-to-day client relationships and attend regular client calls and meetings.
• Coordinate with the ONEHealth studio and Data4NHS team to schedule creative, content, and client email transmission work.
• Provide clients with clear timelines and status reports.
• Create client campaign reports.

Requirements

• Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with good project management skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Degree in life sciences, marketing, or business management.
• Experience in a healthcare agency delivering multi-channel communication solutions.
• Experience or interest in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
