RTL Design Engineer (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain clear, accurate RTL specifications for digital designs.
• Implement complex RTL modules optimized for performance, power, and area efficiency.
• Own design work packages from planning and task definition through execution and delivery.
• Define design partitioning, interfaces, and module specifications.
• Collaborate with verification engineers on simulation and formal verification to ensure functional correctness.
• Work with physical design and verification teams on seamless design integration and document methodologies, interfaces, and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital design, RTL development, or related roles.
• Proven experience developing RTL designs for high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with pipelining, clock-domain crossing, power gating, and other advanced digital design concepts.
• Experience with high-speed or low-power design methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, and a detail-oriented approach focused on quality and efficiency.
