Paralegal (AI/Energy)

What you will do

• Review, draft, and prepare MSAs, product order forms, and supplier, customer, and technology agreements.
• Prepare contract mark-ups, track negotiation points, and flag risks to Legal Counsel.
• Research legal and regulatory requirements for new products and help ensure product designs and documentation are launch-ready and compliant.
• Handle day-to-day legal queries from Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product, escalating complex matters appropriately.
• Support UK and cross-border compliance, filings, regulatory submissions, policies, registers, and training records.
• Maintain templates, clause libraries, playbooks, contract records, and workflows, including routine task automation.

Requirements

• Law degree or GDL/SQE1 qualification, or currently working towards qualification as a solicitor.
• 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role, ideally including both law firm and in-house exposure.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change.
