Recruiter, EMEA (Logistics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite. The role supports hiring across Europe.

What you will do

• Run the full recruiting cycle for G&A, sales, operations, and other GTM roles across Europe.
• Source passive candidates and track recruiting-source data, funnel metrics, and performance results.
• Partner with business leaders, recruiting leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers to attract, assess, and close candidates.
• Build candidate relationships and manage offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.
• Contribute to recruiting projects, process improvements, and regional employer-brand initiatives.
• Communicate pipeline updates and recruiting insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; in-house experience is essential. Agency and in-house experience is a plus.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, engineering, and corporate functions.
• Proven ability and interest in process improvement.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other recruiting CRMs and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong relationship-management, influencing, solution-oriented, and results-driven skills.
• Ability to drive recruiting processes end to end and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, with humility, positivity, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Engineering recruitment experience.
• Logistics or supply-chain recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in multiple European countries.
