Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with 2 recommended office days per week.

Annual gross salary: €47,300–€63,900, excluding 8% holiday pay.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless interview process.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, proactive sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Build talent pools through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and employer branding campaigns.
• Advise hiring managers and interviewers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Track hiring metrics, support a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, and contribute to process improvement projects.
• Stay current with recruitment best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience specifically as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
