Finance Product Owner (Accounts Receivable Accounting)

Location: 6750 Building, Ayala, Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work model with remote work from home several days a week.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional process transformation initiatives for the Finance Continuous Design Asset Accounting Team within the Digital Core Project.
• Conduct process discovery sessions and create global processes while addressing segment and local design needs.
• Partner with Finance SMEs, IT colleagues, and external partners to evaluate S/4HANA capabilities and align business needs with system design.
• Manage requirements through design reviews, system development, and testing to ensure business and functional compliance.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, prepare stakeholders, address resistance, and support adoption.
• Support implementation and deployment through end-user training, workshops, and ongoing guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another accounting-related course.
• Accounts receivable accounting background is required.
• Knowledge of asset accounting processes and key accounting principles, including US GAAP and IFRS.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a results-oriented and customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE, SAP, or S/4HANA.
