Product Owner (Data/AI)

hirify.global is hiring a Product Owner within its Chief Data Office to lead enterprise data products and support a product-led operating model.

What you will do

• Own product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, goals, success metrics, and lifecycle management for enterprise data, analytics, or AI products.
• Align business, finance, functional, engineering, BI/reporting, data science, governance, and platform stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements while maintaining data integrity and architectural standards.
• Plan releases, manage dependencies, surface risks and trade-offs, and balance delivery needs with scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure KPI consistency, data quality, lineage, trust, security, operational readiness, and post-launch support.
• Drive adoption, measure usage and value realization, collect feedback, and communicate product outcomes and next steps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Analytics, or data-centric roles.
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of data, reporting, analytics, or BI platforms, such as Power BI, Databricks, or data warehouses.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models with engineering and analytics teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate between business objectives and technical execution.
• Ability to operate with clear ownership and accountability, structure ambiguous problem spaces, make explicit trade-offs, and focus on outcomes and value.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Chief Data Office, Analytics, or Enterprise Reporting organization.
• Familiarity with data governance, semantic models, KPI standardization, and self-service analytics.
• Experience supporting finance, operations, or enterprise-wide reporting domains.
• Experience working in a vendor-heavy environment and transitioning work toward internal ownership.
