Ecosystem Technical Enabling Engineer (Edge AI)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned Intel site and off-site work

Intel's Client Computing Group, within the Edge Computing Group, enables hardware and software vendor solutions for optimized readiness on Intel platforms.

What you will do

• Define and align technical requirements with hardware and software vendors supporting Intel platforms.
• Evaluate vendors and ecosystem solutions for compatibility and develop enablement plans for platform readiness.
• Author technical requirements, training materials, and other enablement collateral.
• Provide hands-on technical support for testing, debugging, issue resolution, and customer solution coordination.
• Collaborate with architects, silicon design, validation, and engineering teams on platform implementation and certification.
• Support compliance, performance benchmarking, regulatory qualification, roadmap planning, and emerging technology evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in hardware/software ecosystem enablement; or a Master's degree with 4+ years; or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience with vendor enablement processes, solution readiness, and ecosystem evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of Edge and Edge AI platform architecture at silicon, system, and software levels.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and enablement materials.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with architects, validation engineers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance certifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with advanced debugging tools, hardware and software validation tools, and continuous validation pipelines.
