What you will do

• Build relationships with engineering leaders and power users at strategic enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver the post-sale customer experience.
• Drive AI product adoption by aligning usage with business and engineering objectives.
• Guide rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement.
• Represent customer needs internally, influence roadmap priorities, and manage strategic account planning.
• Monitor account health, usage patterns, engagement, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to whiteboard with developers and communicate value to CTO-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering organization structures.
• Fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity; full-time engineering experience is not required.
• Customer-focused strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting for enterprise software.
• Ability to work in a scrappy, proactive, and adaptable startup environment.
