Senior Manager Retailer Customer Success (Retail)

What you will do

• Deliver ongoing insights, analytical and technical value, thought leadership, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities and hand them off to the Account Executive team.
• Engage across the organization according to the customer tier service model.
• Own Voice of the Customer feedback from the day-to-day customer relationship and act as the escalation point for reporting and insight hotspots.
• Develop strategic service delivery elements of joint business plans and define service models and deliverables during proposal development.
• Support and coach analytics and insight team members to drive best practices.

Requirements

• Professional presentation, willingness to contribute hands-on, and a positive approach to working with an energetic team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, sensitivity, and care.
