Air Freight Operations Specialist

Location: Remote, Philippines; night-shift availability required.

What you will do

• Initiate shipment requests and create shipment records in CargoWise.
• Prepare and send draft Air Waybills, on-hand reports, shipment photos, and other required documentation.
• Monitor shipment movements and update statuses throughout the shipping process.
• Prepare arrival notices and coordinate customs release for shipments without identified issues.
• Follow shipments through final delivery and follow up on outstanding movement or delivery updates.
• Process shipment billing after completion and maintain accurate shipment records.

Requirements

• Experience in air freight operations, international logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight management systems.
• Understanding of air freight documentation, including Air Waybills, and shipment processing.
• Knowledge of import and export workflows, customs clearance, and final delivery coordination.
• Strong attention to detail when handling shipment records, documentation, tracking updates, and billing.
• Good communication and coordination skills for shipment-status and delivery follow-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Amenable to working night shifts.
