What you will do

• Research, interpret, and summarize gaming, gambling, and betting statutes, regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations across jurisdictions.
• Analyze regulatory procedures, legal principles, and case law affecting online and land-based gaming operations.
• Prepare clear explanations of complex legal and regulatory issues and evaluate hypothetical legal queries and simulated cases.
• Review agreements, policies, and legal documents for regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
• Assess and refine AI-generated legal content for accuracy, sound reasoning, clarity, and practical applicability.
• Identify regulatory developments, industry trends, and legal risks, providing detailed written expert feedback.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or an equivalent recognized legal qualification.
• Valid license or authorization to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• Substantive professional experience in gaming, gambling, betting, or related regulatory law.
• Strong understanding of gaming regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Experience researching and interpreting complex legal and regulatory materials.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and accurately.
• Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and independent research capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality written assessments within project deadlines.
