Investment Funds & Asset Management Attorney (AI)

Salary: $140–$400 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze and annotate legal documents related to investment funds, asset management, and securities regulation.
• Develop realistic legal questions, scenarios, and case studies covering fund formation, compliance, and investor relations.
• Review and validate AI-generated legal content for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Research and summarize developments in global fund structures, SEC regulations, and private equity, hedge fund, and mutual fund markets.
• Provide detailed feedback on complex legal concepts, risk management, and asset management best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams and communicate findings clearly across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
• Recent, substantial experience advising on investment funds and asset management matters.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international securities laws, fund governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience drafting and reviewing offering memoranda, subscription agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to stay current with regulatory and industry developments.
