Client Service & Operations Intern (Banking)

What you will do

• Assist with onboarding new client accounts through accurate data entry and documentation.
• Support daily operations by updating internal systems, tracking project progress, and maintaining records.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Perform quality checks and follow internal procedures while contributing to process improvements.
• Use AI tools to reduce manual processes and help create learning resources for associates.

Requirements

• Interest in learning how banking operations function across departments and how business strategy is applied.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry, maintain documentation, and follow internal procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership, associates, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, telephones, calculators, and copiers.
• Offers are contingent on passing a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
