Customer Experience Associate, Pathway (Fintech)

Location: Denver, CO or Westlake, TX; in-person attendance is required 5 days per week during the 6-month onboarding period and at least 3 days per week afterward.

Salary: $23.10 per hour in Denver, CO and Westlake, TX; the role is also eligible for a Robinhood bonus plan.

What you will do

• Complete the paid CXR Pathway Program, including licensing introduction, foundational training, licensing completion, Registered Representative training, and team alignment.
• Support customers through chat, email, and phone across simple and complex needs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience using empathy, customer service skills, and product expertise.
• Identify and communicate improvements to customer service as the voice of the customer.
• Develop proficiency in financial concepts and progress toward Registered Representative readiness.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter and ambitious learner who is comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving customer support environment and receptive to coaching, feedback, and goal setting.
• Be ready to demonstrate commitment and resilience throughout the 26-week program to complete licensing and Registered Representative proficiency.
• Exercise independent thought and judgment, adapt to new tasks, and prioritize work in a multitasking environment.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to support customers through phone and written channels.
• Be able to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service.
• Have schedule flexibility, including potential future evening and weekend shifts.
• Be a recent graduate with customer-facing experience and interest in becoming a Registered Representative through Robinhood’s licensing and training program.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or experience working in the financial services industry.
• Existing FINRA SIE license.
• Experience working in a customer support environment.
