Hiring range: $88,000–$132,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Facilitate new hire orientations, leadership development programs, and internal training classes using established curricula.
• Create inclusive, interactive learning environments and adapt delivery for virtual, in-person, and hybrid sessions.
• Coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking, materials, participant communications, documentation, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to understand audience needs and tailor content delivery.
• Support internal events, lead facility tours for new hires and visitors, and participate in speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences for varied audiences using structured program materials.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage participants and adapt to different learning styles.
• Project coordination and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders with support from program managers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, learning management systems, and standard productivity tools, plus the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues during sessions.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments, take direction, show initiative, and adapt to ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Professional facilitation certification such as IAF CPF, ATD, or similar.
• Experience designing learning content in addition to facilitating it.
• Background in leadership development, organizational development, or adult learning theory.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other technical industries.
• Familiarity with Zensai LMS.
