AI Enablement Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office at the Santa Clara office

Annual base salary: $140,000–$210,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Move AI-assisted applications from prototypes into secure, dependable, enterprise-ready production services.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and GTM/CX teams to integrate AI into daily operations.
• Co-create architectural standards, technical guidelines, checklists, and guardrails for copilots and agentic workflows.
• Connect frontier models and tools such as Claude, Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock with SaaS and ERP business systems.
• Design evaluation, prompt optimization, and monitoring frameworks for reliable, transparent, effective AI agents and copilots.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, delivering, and supporting AI applications and automated workflows in an enterprise production environment.
• Strong practical mastery of generative AI engineering patterns, including RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automated model guardrails.
• Hands-on experience integrating cloud foundation models, AI developer toolchains, and enterprise SaaS/ERP platforms into cohesive business solutions.
• Experience supporting at least one corporate function such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or GTM/CX.
• Ability to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex technical concepts and align architecture with business outcomes.
• Expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
