Senior Plant Manager (Corona, CA)

Location: Onsite in Corona, California, United States. Travel may include up to 10% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $221,591–$270,834, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Own EHS compliance, stewardship, safety culture, and continuous improvement at the plant.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, capital planning, yield improvement, productivity, and factory cost reduction using Lean Six Sigma and entitlement thinking.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices focused on TPM, 5S, standard work, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Manage supply chain execution, inventory, capacity, supplier performance, responsiveness, and delivery performance.
• Represent hirify.global with key accounts and in local community affairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of supervisory and/or management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• At least five years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Operations management experience and prior plant manager experience.
• Expertise in production management, lean manufacturing, materials control, and value stream improvement.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Union experience.
