What you will do

• Configure secure enterprise application integrations and identity federation across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Create and maintain IAM objects, including users, groups, service accounts, and API tokens, following least-privilege standards.
• Develop, audit, and maintain security rules, controls, safeguards, and scalable Access Management Services.
• Use scripting, API testing, and automation to streamline access management workflows.
• Manage support incidents, enterprise change processes, rapid-recovery protocols, security reviews, compliance evaluations, and IAM documentation.
• Mentor technical teams and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in security engineering, Identity and Access Management, or enterprise IT systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with IDaaS platforms, especially Okta, and federation protocols including OAuth and SAML.
• Working knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration and Identity Management frameworks.
• Engineering experience with AWS and Azure.
• Strong proficiency in scripting, API testing, Postman, and PowerShell.
• Experience working in Agile development and project delivery environments.
• Strong business, organizational, time-management, prioritization, and team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt or similar governance platforms.
• Familiarity with NIST, FedRAMP, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and REST API development.
• Understanding of RBAC models and enterprise network and infrastructure security.
