Head of Strategy (DeFi)

Location: New York, New York, USA

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is a profitable, venture-backed New York startup building performant DeFi protocols on high-throughput decentralized infrastructure, including the Phoenix Perpetuals product on Solana.

What you will do

• Own growth strategy and execution for Phoenix across traders, market makers, integrators, and other target user types.
• Develop and deploy scalable, sustainable, and measurable growth strategies across marketing and incentives.
• Allocate capital to support growth initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
• Raise operational rigor across the go-to-market organization.
• Work directly with the co-founders and alongside the existing growth team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated rigor in written and verbal communication.
• Ability and desire to quickly build context in a deeply technical domain where details matter.
• Strong work ethic and high agency.
• Bias toward reasoning from first principles.
• Hands-on experience in a go-to-market function.

Nice to have

• Experience in systematic trading, exchanges, and crypto.
• Experience managing and measuring user acquisition and marketing budgets.
• Familiarity with perpetual futures, derivatives, and on-chain trading.
