Content Marketer (Web3)

Salary: $114,000–$154,000 per year, plus tokens and other compensation elements

What you will do

• Produce content for social media, blog posts, emails, and advertisements, including explainer threads, launch campaigns, product marketing content, and developer-focused content.
• Execute the social strategy from idea development and cross-functional coordination through publication and creative delivery.
• Create and coordinate content across platforms while maintaining Uniswap’s distinct brand tone.
• Develop the social media calendar alongside communications and product timelines.
• Execute go-to-market plans with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Run analytics, develop audience insights, and apply findings to engagement planning while tracking industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing multiple social media platforms for an organization or agency.
• Strong interest in crypto and DeFi as transformative opportunities.
• Proven ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand, including experience with explainer threads, product marketing, and memes.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop and adapt tone of voice.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit.

Nice to have

• Graphic design experience and familiarity with basic design tools for creating image content.
• Experience creating content with new tools and platforms such as LLMs.
• Interest in unicorns.
